Most people guess for years. In ninety days you walk away holding a written map that names your trigger foods, the amount of each you can actually tolerate, and everything you had been avoiding for no reason. Then you spend the last two and a half weeks proving it works, with us still watching.
Screening comes first. Nothing is charged before your call with Lina.
Bloating does not respond to eating healthier. It responds to finding which specific fermentable carbohydrates your gut reacts to, and that takes a protocol and a record, not a list.
Hummus, lentil soup, apple, cauliflower, honey, labneh. All genuinely healthy. All high in FODMAPs. Eating cleaner can make the bloating worse.
Elimination alone tells you that something was wrong. It never tells you what. Without a structured reintroduction you end up eating twelve foods and still guessing.
The trigger only shows up in the pattern: what you ate, what happened, how bad. Most people try to hold that in their head. It does not work.
Start with the reset. Upgrade when you want the answer, not just the relief.
Self-guided, and it starts the day you join. Every known trigger comes out for a fortnight, so your gut has nothing to react to. Not only for a diagnosis: stress, travel, antibiotics and processed food knock most people out of balance eventually.
Elimination day
Ends with: a clear read on whether food is driving your symptoms, and how much of it lifts in two weeks.
Which foods, how much, for how long. Thirty days to reset, six weeks testing one group at a time, then two and a half weeks living by your own map while we watch it hold.
Ends with: the actual answer. Which groups, at what quantity, at what severity, and eighteen days of ordinary meals proving it.
Three test days per group, then three days back on elimination so your gut is clean before the next one. Twenty-one scored test days in total.

Ordinary meals, by your own list, while we watch
Three things. Fifteen minutes. Every day of the programme.
Lina recorded one for every day. Today's unlocks in the morning: what is happening in your gut, what to watch for, and what to do if things flare. On the 90-day track another sixteen unlock for the reintroduction phase.
Either your meals arrive at the door, or you cook from the recipe library. Both are built from the same compliant Levantine menu, and the 90-day track gets a second library for reintroduction plus the herb and spice checklists.
Log what you ate, whether you bloated, and score the severity out of 10. It takes a minute. Lina reads it, and by the reintroduction phase that log is the diagnosis.
A trigger almost never announces itself. It shows up as a pattern across weeks: the same food, the same delay, the same severity. One number a day is what turns "I think dairy bothers me" into a fact you can act on for the rest of your life.
What every 90-day client receives on day 72
Twenty-one scored test days across seven food groups become one written document, prepared by Lina from your own data. It is the thing you keep, and it is the answer you came for. You then have eighteen days to live on it before the programme ends. Below is the template, filled with example results.
The headline
Two groups out. Two on a leash. Three back on your plate.
Your own onion and chickpea challenges produced the two worst days of the programme. Everything you had been avoiding for years, apples and honey and cauliflower and stone fruit, turned out to be innocent.
Verdict at a glance
Group by group, with the doses you were actually given
Peak reaction is the highest severity score you logged in the 72 hours following a challenge dose, on a 0 to 10 scale. Anything at or above 4, twice, counts as a reaction.
What this means in your kitchen
Example data. Every number, threshold and list in the document above is illustrative. A real map is written from that client's own twenty-one scored test days and from nothing else.
The first three come with both programmes. The rest are what the ninety days add.
The three highlighted cards are on the 90-Day Gut Rebuild only.
Twelve short questions and a short form, about three minutes. It tells you one of three things: that this is a sensible next step, that something should be looked at by a doctor before any diet change, or that your time is better spent elsewhere right now. We would rather turn you away than take you onto the wrong programme.
Twelve questions about your gut, then your details so Lina can prepare for the call. Your answers stay on this page until you send them.
Both programmes come two ways: with your food cooked and delivered, or with the full recipe library so you can cook it yourself.
The elimination phase on its own. It tells you whether food is the problem.
Every meal cooked in our kitchen and delivered to your door for the full fortnight.

If the fit check or the call with Lina says this is not right for you, there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel. Your fourteen days also count toward the 90-day programme if you upgrade later.
Pay by cash, Whish or OMT in Lebanon. Card, Mada, KNET, Benefit, Apple Pay or Google Pay from the Gulf.
Every applicant is screened before we take payment. If you have any of the following we will refer you to a physician first. Diagnosis belongs to a doctor, nutrition management belongs to a dietitian.
A few other things worth being straight about:
Fourteen days tells you whether food is the problem, and most people feel the bloating drop inside the first week. Ninety days tells you which foods: thirty days to calm your gut right down, six weeks testing one group at a time, and then two and a half weeks living on your own trigger list before you are on your own with it. The reintroduction phase is where the answer comes from, and it is the part almost nobody completes alone.
Three days of testing at an increasing dose, then three days back on elimination. Three test days because a reaction is often delayed, so a single day would miss it, and a small amount might pass while a normal portion does not. The three washout days bring your gut back to a clean baseline so the next group gives a clean reading. It is slower on purpose. That is what makes your map trustworthy.
Your Personalized Gut Triggers Map is handed over on day 72, and the last eighteen days are you eating by it while we are still watching. That is the part people miss when they do this alone: a list on paper is not the same as a fortnight of ordinary meals proving the list is right. If something does not hold up, we find out while you still have Lina.
No, but you do have to be screened. Most people arrive with bloating and discomfort that was never formally labelled. What matters is ruling out the alarm symptoms listed above. If any are present you see a physician first and we hold your place.
No. Almost everyone's gut drifts out of balance at some point: stress, travel, antibiotics, processed food. The 14-day reset is built for anyone in that position, not only for a diagnosis. The 90-day programme is for when you want to know exactly which foods are doing it.
Log it as soon as you remember, even roughly. One missed day is noise. A missed day inside a three-day challenge invalidates that block, and we would rather repeat the group later than put a guess in your map.
Yes, and it is the most common situation we handle. The menu is built from dishes a Lebanese family already eats, so the swaps are mostly invisible at the table. In Lebanon you also have the option of having your own meals delivered while you cook normally for everyone else.
That is how most people do it. You do the reset, see what changes, and move into the 90-day programme when you want the trigger list. Your first fourteen days count toward it.
A short video in the morning and a minute on the tracker at night. The cooking is the real time cost, which is exactly what the with-food option removes.
You keep your Personalized Gut Triggers Map and eat by it. Most of your food comes back, because the point of the ninety days is finding the few things that do not. If you want the structure to continue, Lebanon clients can move onto our standard meal plan.
Take the fit check and we will come back to you with a screening call. If you are not a fit we will tell you, and point you somewhere better.
